You will collaborate with CDSs and clinical staff to ensure documentation completeness and compliance with CMS/CCI guidelines, using 3M Encoder, 3M CDIS, Epic, and related tools to support clean claims.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to review medical records and assign ICD-10 diagnosis/procedure codes accurately.
• Knowledge of MS-DRG/APR-DRG grouping and CMS regulations.
• Experience with coding software and data abstraction tools.
