Qualifications

• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding, specifically Inpatient Medicine.
• Experience with inpatient medicine payor guidelines and coding rules.

Responsibilities

• Design and update coding curricula tailored to different learning objectives and audiences.
• Deliver high-quality instruction using virtual or in-person classrooms.
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to support success.
• Measure learner performance with formative and summative assessments and report data for improvements.
• Present educational content to internal coding staff and external programs as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align coding policies and processes.
