Qualifications

• US work authorization required.
• 2+ years experience as an inpatient coding auditor.
• 3+ years experience coding inpatient hospital accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit inpatient coders and audits to ensure DRG accuracy (target ≥95%).
• Perform quality checks and calibration audits.
• Provide feedback to coders and offshore auditors.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations.
