Dykema Gossett PLLC is seeking an experienced Innovation Solutions Specialist to join its Innovation Team. This is a fully remote role within a Dykema office location, with some travel to offices.

Qualifications
- Minimum three years of related experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate setting.
- Strong tech skills and high proficiency in MS Office and business software.
- Excellent Excel knowledge and data handling abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze problems, plan, and manage projects with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Innovation team systems and third-party tools.
- Respond to and resolve system needs, including configuration changes and UX gaps.
- Distill requests into formal requirements and change requests for the team.
- Liaise with users to understand needs and contribute to system design.
- Create user documentation for internal and external users.
- Coordinate training for pilot users and stakeholders.
- Develop POC/Pilot plans and participate in testing new tools.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
