Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of technical experience, clinical strategy, consulting, or innovation focusing on digital and/or population health products.
• 2–3 years of leadership or project management experience.
• 3+ years of health care experience focused on Medicare populations.
• Experience with healthcare data and analytics, modern technologies, and care delivery models.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships including executives and external vendors.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of the clinical and population health sub-portfolio of solutions, leading high-profile, high-impact initiatives.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, engineering, clinical, and operations to align with business partners and member needs.
• Develop junior team members and lead cross-functional solution development teams.
• Translate ideation into actionable strategic direction and project plans for pilots and launches.
• Assess buy/build/partner options and co-develop with external digital health firms when appropriate.
• Define KPIs and growth plans, including data ingestion and optimization for customer segmentation.
