Job summary

OLIPOP is seeking an Innovation Manager to lead the analytical evaluation behind new product and portfolio decisions. This remote role reports to the VP of Innovation at a fast-scaling beverage business.

You will decide where the brand should invest across line extensions, limited-time offers, price pack architecture and variety packs, building the business cases that back these calls and partnering with cross-functional teams to commercialize insights.

Qualifications

• Eight years in innovation, brand or portfolio strategy within CPG.
• Experience evaluating line extensions, price packs and SKU productivity.
• Fluency with syndicated data sources (Circana, NielsenIQ, SPINS, Numerator).
• Strong financial acumen and ability to develop business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical evaluation of line extensions, limited-time offers, price pack architecture and variety pack strategy to prioritise the innovation pipeline.
• Analyse syndicated data, retailer performance, consumer trends and internal sales data to evaluate portfolio health and identify whitespace.
• Optimise assortment and SKU productivity.
• Develop data-driven business cases integrating consumer insight, commercial opportunity, financial return, operational complexity and brand strategy.
• Partner with insights, brand, sales, finance, R&D, supply chain, operations and regulatory teams through commercialisation.
