Requirements include active pharmacy technician licenses (NV/AZ/TX as applicable), PTCB certification, and 3+ years of experience, plus strong customer service and Windows proficiency.

• Minimum 3+ years as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Strong customer service and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated patient population with high-touch inbound/outbound case management and refill coordination.
• Onboard new patients with education, therapy initiation, and continuity of care.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, prescribers, nurses, and infusion teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Process prescriptions and refills, verify demographics and insurance, and monitor claims.
