Qualifications

• Experience with Windows/SQL and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience with automated systems builds and configuration management tools (Terraform, SCCM, VRO, SCO).
• Ability to produce high-quality operational documentation (Visio diagrams, environment descriptions).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to design and implement highly available multi-tier Windows or Cloud applications.
• Collaborate to develop Infrastructure / System Engineering Designs for hosted solutions.
• Implement solutions by writing automation processes to deploy systems and applications.
• Serve as primary infrastructure interface for business units and operations teams.
• Provide technical leadership for project assignments and document designs.
