Job summary

Conduent, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Systems Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure solutions. You will design highly available multi-tier Windows or Cloud applications, automate deployments, and collaborate with diverse teams to meet business requirements.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, documentation, and the ability to work across a matrix of engineers, developers, and clients. Remote work options are available with a strong focus on delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Consultative approach to analyze, specify, verify, and document requirements.
• Enterprise-class infra experience with Windows/SQL and cloud platforms.
• Automation or script development experience, PowerShell preferred.
• Familiarity with automation/configuration tools (VRO, Terraform, SCCM, SCO).
• Networking knowledge; High Availability and Disaster Recovery experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and produce high-quality operational docs.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD.
• Strong customer service and remote collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize in high-pressure environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to design and implement highly available multi-tier Windows or Cloud applications.
• Collaborate across business and technical disciplines to develop infrastructure/system designs for hosted solutions.
• Implement solutions with automation to deploy systems, applications, containers, surrounding technologies.
• Serve as the primary infrastructure interface for business units throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership for project assignments.
• Document the technical design for Project and Operations teams.
• Script/automation development for repeatable processes.
• Perform other duties as required.
