Job summary

ERP Suites seeks an experienced Manager of Infrastructure Operations to lead and manage the infrastructure team, ensuring stability, scalability, and security across networks, servers, storage, and cloud solutions. The role combines senior technical delivery with people management, reporting to executives and partnering with Data Center and Service Delivery managers.

Location is Cincinnati, OH, with full remote option and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure management.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a multi-tenant environment.
• Mentoring and developing team members professionally.
• Experience in enterprise or data center networking and spine-leaf architectures.
• Knowledge of data center technologies such as storage, compute, and network systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments.
• Certifications (Preferred): ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer cases are acknowledged and resolved within eight business hours.
• Act as technical escalation point for complex infra and networking issues.
• Lead design, troubleshooting, and implementation alongside the team.
• Provide mentorship during projects and operational work.
• Review architectures, network designs, and infra standards.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery Managers for consistent customer experience.
• Lead infra work streams in customer onboardings and upgrades.
• Plan and execute project activities with Project Managers.
• Run daily standups and weekly one-on-one meetings for team development.
