Job summary

ERP Suites seeks a senior Data Center Infrastructure Architect to design and guide secure, resilient, and scalable enterprise infrastructure for 50+ customers. You will lead network architecture across compute, storage, virtualization, and security, collaborating with operations, security, and vendor teams to strengthen reliability and capacity.

This remote role may require occasional travel to ERP Suites facilities or customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least eight years of infrastructure experience in data center architecture or senior network engineering.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise and data center networking including routing, switching, VLANs, VRFs, BGP, OSPF, and QoS.
• Subnetting, IP addressing, and network segmentation.
• Firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and SD-WAN.
• DNS, DHCP, and WAN/data center connectivity.
• Ability to design highly available, resilient, secure, and scalable architectures.
• Strong network troubleshooting, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Experience across compute, storage, virtualization, security, monitoring, DR, and facilities.
• Ability to document and communicate architecture to technical and exec stakeholders.
• Experience with vendors and architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise data center infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and facilities.
• Establish network architecture standards for routing, switching, segmentation, HA, and connectivity across data centers and cloud.
• Collaborate with operations, security, application teams, and vendors to define requirements and implementation plans.
• Assess infrastructure risks, capacity, redundancy, and performance for critical systems.
• Design failover, disaster recovery, and resiliency strategies for business continuity.
• Create architecture diagrams, standards, plans, migration strategies, runbooks, and lifecycle roadmaps.
• Provide technical recommendations to inform infrastructure investment and design decisions.
• Guide implementation teams to ensure alignment with standards and requirements.
