Job summary

Webflow seeks an Associate Infrastructure Engineer to enhance reliability and scalability of its production infrastructure, serving millions of page views per hour. The role focuses on Kubernetes reliability, observability tooling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support customers in production.

You will work with Node/Python/Go components, participate in on-call rotations, and continuously improve incident response while growing expertise in cloud platforms like AWS/GCP.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years operating distributed systems in production.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS or GCP).
• Hands-on Kubernetes workloads; exposure to GitOps tools.
• Observability stack usage to debug production issues.
• Infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible).
• Can read and modify application code.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotation.
• Curious and growth mindset with AI fluency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monitoring tooling and observability practices.
• Improve reliability of Kubernetes-based apps.
• Explore Webflow main app in Node/Python/Go to diagnose production behavior.
• Collaborate with Customer Support/Partnerships/Sales to enable production usage.
• Participate in on-call and incident response processes.
