As an Associate Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll improve the reliability and security of Webflow’s production infrastructure, serving millions of page views per hour and thousands of projects each month.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years operating distributed systems in production.
• Experience with AWS or GCP and Kubernetes workloads.
• Hands-on with observability stacks (Datadog/OpenTelemetry).
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible).

Responsibilities

• Maintain monitoring tooling and improve observability practices.
• Improve reliability of Kubernetes-based applications and scalability.
• Investigate production issues in Node, Python, or Go apps when needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Partnerships, and Sales to enable production use.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response processes.
