Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve the cloud platform underpinning its production services, serving millions of page views and thousands of projects monthly. You will manage compute, Kubernetes, networking, and cross-cloud operations across AWS and GCP, with a focus on reliability and security.

You will design infrastructure-as-code foundations, enhance observability with dashboards and SLOs, and build AI-powered automation for runbooks and drift detection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing environment with minimal downtime.
• Deep hands-on AWS experience and strong view of cloud operations best practices.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale (upgrades, autoscaling, node groups).
• Infrastructure-as-code expertise, with Pulumi or Terraform.
• Experience across multi-region or multi-cloud environments on AWS or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the cloud platform relied on by product and engineering teams.
• Design and maintain the infrastructure-as-code foundation and shared components.
• Design and maintain networking to ensure reliability, security, and cross-cloud scalability.
• Improve observability with dashboards, alerts, and SLOs; make on-call pages actionable.
• Build AI-powered automation for policy-as-code, drift detection, and runbook generation.
