New Relic, Inc. is seeking an Associate Software Engineer- Infrastructure to help design and operate a scalable ingress data plane supporting our global service mesh and load balancing for real-time insights.

You will apply infrastructure-as-code and automate deployments to ship safe changes across a massive fleet. Collaboration with product and design teams will break down silos and enable innovation at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Go or Python development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS cloud experience.
• Hands-on CI/CD tooling experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience with networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP, TCP).
• Understanding of Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform).

Responsabilités

• Design and operate a scalable, resilient ingress data plane impacting customers.
• Leverage automation and IaC to accelerate safe, incremental deployments at scale.
• Evolve DNS and CDN infrastructure to enable high performance across global stacks.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and partner teams to drive cross-team excellence.
