Job summary

New Relic is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design and operate a scalable ingress data plane, ensuring the stability of the global service mesh and load balancing. You will accelerate development through automation and IaC, shipping safe, incremental changes across a massive fleet with confidence.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and partner platforms to break down silos and enable innovation at scale for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with Go or Python.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS cloud experience.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and building pipelines.
• Experience with networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP, TCP).
• Understanding of Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).

• Leverage automation and infrastructure-as-code to accelerate development and reliability.
