Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Leader to guide a team of Solution Architects supporting Mid-Market and SMB segments across the United States. This role drives the technical sales strategy for Lenovo ISG, collaborating with sales, partners, and customers to accelerate pipeline growth and win rates.

The ideal leader combines people management experience with expertise in servers, storage, AI, hybrid cloud, virtualization, networking, and data center technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical sales leadership.
• 3+ years of people management experience with proven success.
• Strong understanding of data center technologies including compute, storage, virtualization, networking, cloud, and AI technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solution Architects across MM and SMB customers in the United States.
• Set performance expectations, competencies, and development plans for team members.
• Drive revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives through technical engagement and field execution.
• Collaborate with sales, channel, services, product management, and marketing teams to align strategy.
