Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Service Delivery Manager – Infrastructure Operations, Workload Automation & Incident Response to join a leader in IT space. This remote role oversees core infrastructure operations and workload automation services, ensuring strong performance and SLA attainment.

You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to drive accountability, resolve incidents, and improve service reliability across Windows, Linux, storage, backups, databases, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure operations or managed services.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary technical or operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, storage, backup, database, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with workload automation platforms like Control-M, AutoSys, and Tivoli.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery of infrastructure and workload automation services.
• Ensure achievement of SLA, KPI, and operational performance objectives.
• Lead during service-impacting incidents and escalations.
• Drive accountability across technology teams for issue resolution.
• Identify recurring operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain staffing, skills, and operational readiness across services.
• Manage relationships with clients and third-party suppliers.
