Job summary

Dark Wolf is seeking an Information System Security Manager to help the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center obtain and maintain an Authority to Operate for a classified cloud environment. This role is primarily remote and will require support out of one of the following Dark Wolf Hubs across the US.

You will direct cyber defense operations, deliver strategic recommendations, ensure the readiness of IT systems and networks, and manage incident response while maximizing security tool

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in information security and risk management.
• Experience enforcing information protection policies in unclassified environments.
• Proficient with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Sentinel, ELK Stack, CrowdStrike.
• Experience with Terraform/Ansible and Github for infrastructure security.
• One of CASP+, CSSLP, CISSP and DoD RMF experience.
• Proficient with a major cloud platform (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret or TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the technical and operational effectiveness of cyber defense capabilities.
• Deliver strategic recommendations to refine architectures, processes, and incident handling.
• Ensure operational readiness of Agency IT systems and network defenses.
• Manage comprehensive incident response operations and deliver actionable analytics.
• Maximize utility of security tools to correlate data into intelligence.
• Drive agile automation initiatives to accelerate time-to-mission.
