Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Manager, Information Security to lead a team of engineers and secure our cloud and on-prem environments while you work remotely in the US.

In this role you will monitor, respond to incidents, coordinate changes, and partner with IT, Engineering, and Security teams to strengthen our security posture and ensure reliable tooling for the business. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in security leadership, hands-on expertise with EDR/SIEM, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience maintaining and supporting a Security application/tool.
• Experience leading technical engineers and managing projects.
• Knowledge of Change Control with CAB participation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of networks, firewalls, and operating systems.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to management on security issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Information Security Engineers and drive performance and SLA adherence.
• Handle escalations, executive reporting and incident resolution.
• Maintain Information Security standards to reduce risk of data loss and incidents.
• Monitor security tools and remediate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with IT Operations and Engineering to strengthen security posture.
• Create, track, and manage tickets to resolution; validate remediation.
