Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Information Security Manager working remotely in the United States. You will lead a team of security engineers, manage escalations, and ensure incidents are resolved promptly while maintaining security standards across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will collaborate with IT operations and engineering teams to strengthen overall security posture, monitor tools, and develop runbooks and procedures for consistent operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical engineers and managing on-call schedules and IT Incident Response.
• CAB participation experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years maintaining and supporting a Security application/tool (EDR/DLP/SIEM/PAM).
• Knowledge of information security principles, concepts, practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Information Security Engineers and drive performance with SLA adherence.
• Handle escalations, executive reporting and day-to-day troubleshooting and resolution.
• Maintain information security standards to reduce data loss and incidents.
• Monitor security tools and remediate issues across agents and systems.
• Collaborate with IT Operations and Engineering to strengthen security posture.
• Create, track, and manage remediation tickets; validate closures.
