Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's with required data analytics and clinical intelligence experience.
• 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions affecting patient care decisions.
• 4+ years evaluating AI/ML solutions outcomes and validation.
• Advanced SQL and Python for analyzing complex datasets.
• Proven ability to apply clinical/public health methods to assess opportunities and guide investments.
• Experience with data analysis/engineering for analytics and business impact.
• Excellent communication to present findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence.
• Design evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products.
• Lead collaboration with product, clinical, data, and tech teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact, drift, and accuracy.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for connected patient intelligence.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify unmet needs and inform roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses before development.
• Work with AI/ML, compliance, and ops teams to implement solutions.
