Humana Inc. is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze high-value AI opportunities across CenterWell's Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy segments. You will size opportunities, shape an intelligence layer linking patient risk factors, care history, engagement data, and clinical context.

This is a remote position reporting to the Director, Informatics. You will collaborate with product, clinical, data, and IT teams to measure impact and drift of scalable AI solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of data analytics experience or a Master's with 4+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care decisions.
• 4+ years of experience evaluating AI/ML outcomes, performance, and validation.

Responsabilités

• Conduct data discovery and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products to measure impact and accuracy.
• Partner with product, clinical, business, data, and tech teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
• Lead analyses to identify unmet clinical needs and quantify business value for roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses for new capabilities prior to development.
