Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of data analytics OR Master's with 4+ years.
• At least 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care.
• 4+ years evaluating AI/ML solution outcomes, performance and validation.
• Advanced SQL and Python to analyze complex datasets.
• Apply clinical/public health research methods to assess opportunities and investments.
• Experience with data analytics and engineering for analytics, model evaluation, and using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to present findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity sizing and discovery to shape intelligent care layers.
• Work with product management to assess feasibility, value, and impact.
• Measure drift and impact of AI/ML solutions across products and experiences.
