Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of data analytics experience OR Master's with 4+ years experience.
• 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions that impact patient care decisions.
• 4+ years evaluating AI/ML outcomes, performance, and validation.
• Advanced SQL and Python for analyzing complex datasets.
• Ability to apply clinical/public health research methodologies to assess opportunities.
• Experience data analysis and engineering for analytics, model evaluation, and business decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products and measure impact and accuracy.
• Serve as SME for population health benchmarks and unified cross-partner perspective.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact on care coordination and outcomes.
• Partner with product, clinical, business, data and technology stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead exploratory analyses to quantify business value and inform roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses for new Clinical Intelligence capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance and operations teams to scale solutions.
