This remote role reports to the Director, Informatics, with responsibilities spanning collaboration across product, clinical, and technology teams to drive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of data analytics experience OR Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
• At least 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions that impact patient care decisions.
• 4+ years evaluating AI/ML solutions' outcomes, performance, and validation.
• Advanced experience with SQL and Python to analyze complex datasets.
• Ability to apply clinical/public health research methodologies to assess opportunities and guide investments.
• Significant experience with data analysis and engineering for analytics and model evaluation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience presenting findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes for production AI/ML products and measure impact and drift.
• Serve as subject matter expert for population health benchmarks across partners.
• Establish success metrics to measure impact on care coordination and outcomes.
• Partner with product, clinical, business, data, and tech teams to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify unmet needs and inform roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses for new capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
