Mondelez International is seeking an INFOR Time & Attendance Application Support / Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day support, administration, and troubleshooting for the INFOR Time & Attendance system. You will ensure accurate time capture, schedule management, and data flow to payroll.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations, contributing to data integrity, compliance, and system efficiency while helping implement the system rollout on time and within scope.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in HRIS, payroll, or T&A systems.
• Hands-on experience with INFOR Time & Attendance (preferred).
• Experience supporting HR and payroll processes is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Provide first-line support to INFOR Time & Attendance users.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
• Assist in system configuration, data migration, and testing.
• Deliver end-user training and create documentation.
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation optimization.
