Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a skilled INFOR Time & Attendance Application Support / Project Coordinator to ensure accurate time capture, schedule management, and seamless payroll data flow. You will configure the system, support users, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to maintain data integrity and compliance.

You will participate in data migration, testing, and end‑user adoption while coordinating with external vendors to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience with HRIS, payroll, or time & attendance systems.
Hands‑on experience with INFOR Time & Attendance strongly preferred.
Prior experience in a support or HR operations role is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Act as the first line of support for INFOR Time & Attendance users (employees, managers, HR, payroll).
Manage user access, roles, and permissions in compliance with company policies.
Support system configuration (shift patterns, pay rules, leave types, accruals, schedules).
Monitor integrations between INFOR T&A, Payroll, and HRIS to ensure data accuracy.
Identify and elevate system issues to the Application Support Manager or vendor as needed.
Provide training and create user documentation for system usage.
Assist in data migration and go‑live activities with project teams.
