Job summary

JetBlue is hiring an Inflight Base Coordinator in the United States to support dependability and performance programs. You will maintain crewmember records, track occurrences, and ensure documentation standards are consistently met.

This on-site role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines, and collaboration with Inflight leadership. Some overnight travel is required, and you must be eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or similar experience.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick learner of department systems.
• Authorized to work in the US; eligible for on-site work.
• Willingness to travel overnight (10%).

Responsibilities

• Maintain crewmember dependability and performance documentation and electronic records.
• Track occurrences and incentive programs.
• Coordinate coaching and logs with leadership.
• Prepare progressive guidance and route to Crewleader.
• Monitor active cases and communicate follow-ups to leadership.
• Conduct QA audits of electronic files and documentation.
• Support leadership with data validation, audits, and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with Base Coordinators to balance workload.
• Participate in Leadership Flying as required.
