Job summary

JetBlue is seeking an Inflight Base Coordinator in Boston, MA to support dependability and performance programs for Crewmembers. You will manage records, track incidents, and coordinate coaching and corrections in collaboration with Inflight leadership.

The role requires an ability to work onsite with occasional travel, strong data integrity, and proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on confidentiality and compliance with Inflight policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of administrative or comparable experience.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick learner of department systems.
• Authorization to work in the US and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate Inflight Crewmember dependability and performance documentation and records.
• Tracks dependability occurrences and incentive program participation.
• Monitors and logs coaching actions and logs with Crewleaders within timelines.
• Prepares Progressive Guidance documentation and routes to Crewleaders.
• Conducts semiannual quality audits of electronic files and docs.
• Partners with Base Coordinators and leadership on process improvements.
