Job summary

JetBlue is seeking an Inflight Operations Supervisor to guide and develop relationships with crewmembers, internal teams and business partners. The role focuses on coaching, safety, and operational excellence to ensure outstanding customer interactions and on-time performance.

The supervisor collaborates with managers to execute strategic plans, supports onboarding and development, and drives compliance with appearance, uniform and safety standards across the inflight team.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service, sales, or airline experience or one year in JetBlue Customer Experience.
• One year of leadership or supervision experience, preferably in the airline industry.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Completed JetBlue Inflight Training Program including Initial Training and Annual Continuous Education.

Responsibilities

• Provide Gate/Onboard Support to inflight crewmembers via briefings/debriefings and verify attendance.
• Coach and develop crewmembers, deliver performance feedback and growth opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional service and JetBlue Promises in line with customer expectations.
• Coordinate with Airports, partners and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure collaboration.
