Etex in Maryville, TN invites a TII Segment Sales Manager to drive strategic growth across North America for Promat's Thermal Insulation - Industrial segment.

This role combines commercial leadership, market development, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, supply chain, and engineering to deliver value to customers and end users, while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of High-Temperature Industry technical sales experience.
• Background in refractory sales strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and heat transfer principles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new business opportunities and expand Promat's TII footprint.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Develop proactive sales strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Provide guidance on TII applications and cost/regulatory benefits.
• Monitor trends and inform product development and planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
• Prepare detailed reports and forecasts on growth opportunities and market dynamics.
• Represent Promat at trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with international teams to align global initiatives.
