Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staffing Solutions Engineer (Industrial Engineer) for a fully remote role with 50% travel across client sites in the United States. You will design, price, and launch performance-based labor solutions, leading complex CPU and SOW engagements from pricing through multi-site implementation.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma, PMTS, MOST, MTM, and labor-management tools to optimize margins and throughput while mentoring field teams and aligning with client executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IE experience in 3PL, distribution centers, manufacturing, or managed workforce solutions.
• BS in Industrial Engineering; MS or MBA preferred; Lean Six Sigma and TPS certificates are a plus.
• Strong ROI focus with CI initiatives and ability to present data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Design CPU and SOW pricing models using client data and time studies.
• Conduct on-site time studies and work sampling to set baselines.
• Build financial models balancing labor costs, overhead, and improvements.
• Draft Technical Solution Documents for proposals and major client engagements.
• Lead client site walks to assess maturity and opportunities and align labor standards with profitability.
• Present solutions to internal and client stakeholders with Operations and Sales teams.
