Job summary

JASCI is looking for an Industrial Engineer to support operations and optimize performance across various clients. This fully remote position requires expertise in project management and customer relations while implementing solutions that align with client needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the field and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related area. You will be expected to lead customer interactions during project deployment and ensure that operational goals are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Industrial Engineering, Professional Services, and/or Logistics Operations.
• Direct customer facing and implementation delivery experience in a Consulting or Professional Services organization.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies related to business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support operations to optimize performance and achieve financial results.
• Develop operation Work Flows for customers and their businesses.
• Ensure tight management, customer communications, and expectation setting for deployments.
