The ideal candidate has agency recruiting experience, will manage full lifecycle from intake to offer, and will meet weekly and monthly placement goals while leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and place engineering professionals in contract and/or direct-hire roles.
• Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other sourcing tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/ATS.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement goals.
