Job summary

Janitza North America, the US-based arm of Janitza electronics, is seeking an Industrial Manager to build and lead the North American industrial vertical. You will drive strategy, grow key accounts, and generate new business opportunities while initially acting as a hands-on contributor.

You will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing, shaping market strategy and forming a scalable sales organization as the business expands.

Qualifications

More than 10 years in B2B sales with leadership experience.
Proven track record leading field sales teams to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Deep technical knowledge in electrical power monitoring or related OT domains.
Experience building go-to-market strategies for an industrial vertical.
Strong relationships in key industrial markets such as food & beverage, automotive, and tech.
Willingness to travel across the U.S. and internationally and reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop the Industrial sales team, initially as an individual contributor.
Establish the industrial vertical strategy and customer base, then recruit and manage Key Account Managers.
Set clear revenue, pipeline, and activity targets with regular reviews and reporting.
Define the go-to-market plan for the industrial segment in alignment with the company sales strategy.
Onboard and coach team members on value proposition, sales methodology, and technical fundamentals.
Track KPIs and forecast accuracy; escalate blockers and propose solutions.
