MIDFLORIDA Credit Union is seeking a Dealership Representative - Calling Officer to promote indirect lending solutions and build dealer relationships across the Georgia market. The role requires daily dealer outreach, knowledge of market conditions, and collaboration with underwriters and funders.

You will support MIDFLORIDA’s electronic services, maintain high professionalism, and travel to Georgia when needed, with the option for remote work within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfort presenting to Senior Management and dealership owners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work remotely within a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote MIDFLORIDA brand and indirect lending solutions to dealers in GA.
• Develop and maintain dealer relationships; call on dealers daily.
• Provide competitive market information and assist dealers, underwriters, funders.
• Handle difficult conversations; ensure compliance with policies.
• Deliver solutions and support for MIDFLORIDA’s electronic services.
• Meet productivity, quality, and sales goals.
• Coordinate communications across departments; ensure professionalism.
• Travel to Georgia, and work remotely when needed.
