Surf Air is looking for ambitious Independent Charter Brokers to join Surf On Demand. As a commission-only independent contractor, you’ll manage your own client portfolio and structure high-value charter deals.

This role offers complete freedom with support from a leading brand, industry-leading commission potential, and the ability to work remotely. Candidates should have experience in private aviation or high-ticket sales and a strong network to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experienced in private aviation or luxury travel.
• Established client book or strong network within private aviation preferred.
• Self-motivated and organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own client portfolio.
• Structure and close high-value charter deals.
• Deliver premium service from inquiry to touchdown.
• Leverage SurfOS for quoting and CRM tracking.
• Collaborate with the operations team for execution.
• Represent Surf On Demand and Surf Air at events.
