Surf On Demand, the private charter brokerage division of Surf Air Mobility, seeks Independent Charter Brokers to build and run their own business. You’ll manage private jet client portfolios, close elite charter and membership deals, and deliver white-glove service using SurfOS across a global network.

As a 1099 contractor with uncapped commissions, you’ll operate with autonomy from anywhere, leveraging a renowned brand and 24/7 support to scale your business with flexible schedules and inbound

Formación

• Experience in private aviation or luxury travel.
• Proven ability to sell high-ticket charter deals.
• Strong network within private aviation preferred.

Position: Charter Broker Location: Remote Type: Independent Contractor (1099) | Commission-Only Surf On Demand is the private charter brokerage and private airline division of Surf Mobility, a publicly traded aviation and mobility company (NYSE: SRFM).

The Opportunity

We’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals to join Surf On Demand as Independent Charter Brokers. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position — ideal for experienced brokers, aviation sales professionals, or motivated entrepreneurs ready to leverage our global brand, SurfOS software platform, and 24/7 support infrastructure to build and grow their own business. As an Independent Charter Broker, you’ll have complete freedom over your client relationships, schedule, and business development strategy — while enjoying the power and reach of one of the most recognized names in private aviation.
