General Dynamics IT seeks a Triage Specialist to support a federal agency by receiving, reviewing, and directing incident reports to the appropriate contact. The role operates 100% remotely in a small team with weekend/holiday coverage and requires the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications include a BA/BS in a relevant field and at least 4 years of related experience, experience in case management or social services, and proficiency with Excel for data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Monitor a shared incident response inbox with team members for timely response and incident elevation.
• Analyze each incoming incident per federal policies to ensure proper routing to the point of contact.
• Provide technical assistance to correct and resubmit incident reports per policy.
• Create shift reports and prep team for inbox coverage transitions.
• Catalog and file incidents following policies and SOPs.
• Maintain a tracking system for reported incidents and perform data quality assurance.
