Energy Solutions is seeking an Incentive Connect Associate to support and administer program operations, coordinating workflows and maintaining accurate records within CRM platforms. Qualifications

• Experience communicating with customers, participants, vendors, or stakeholders through email, phone, or other professional channels.
• Experience following established processes, service-level expectations, and operational procedures to complete assigned work.
• Experience maintaining records, tracking activities, and supporting operational or program workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute and administer assigned program workflows in accordance with SOPs and SLAs.
• Manage application queues, shared inboxes, and workflow assignments to support timely processing.
• Review, validate, and process applications and supporting documentation per program requirements.
• Maintain accurate records within program systems and CRM platforms.
• Support outreach activities, event preparation, stakeholder engagement, and occasional event participation.
• Prepare program deliverables such as client invoices, performance reports, and status updates.
• Compile and organize sales and program data to support reporting and invoicing.
• Identify improvements to procedures and workflows to boost efficiency.
• Track discrepancies and trends that affect program performance and escalate when needed.
• Respond to participant, customer, contractor, and vendor inquiries regarding platforms, status, and requirements.
