Job summary

Energy Management Collaborative is seeking a Manager, Customer Incentives to lead a team of Analysts and maximize incentive opportunities for energy efficiency projects across North America. You will oversee incentive processing, build relationships with utility representatives, and refine reporting systems while ensuring timely incentive payments.

The role requires guiding a team, driving process improvements, and building knowledge databases on incentives, energy rates, and decarbonization

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred in Business, Environmental Studies, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in energy industry and/or utility incentive programs required.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Incentive Analysts to ensure high performance and balanced workload.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability of incentive processing.
• Oversee forecasting, tracking, and reporting of incentive estimates, applications, and payments.
• Develop and deliver regular training programs to improve incentives processing accuracy.
