Job summary

SupportYourApp, a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service provider, seeks a customer-support professional to handle inbound calls for account identification, cancellations and refunds. You will work remotely, maintain a calm, empathetic customer experience, and route requests to the right internal teams.

Ideal candidates have excellent English, strong communication, and prior customer support experience. You will handle inbound calls, de-escalate challenges, and follow established procedures

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English (C2)
• Clear speech and strong verbal communication skills
• Previous customer support experience
• Experience handling inbound customer calls and de escalation
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic and solution oriented
• Proactive, responsible, ability to follow procedures and work independently

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone regarding account details, cancellations and refunds
• Gather customer information and route requests to the appropriate internal teams
• Communicate calmly and professionally, de escalating difficult interactions
• Follow procedures to ensure requests are accurate and efficient
• Proactively follow up on outstanding requests and provide necessary information
• Independently locate information to assist customers and resolve inquiries
