Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or similar.
• Strong phone communication and trust-building skills.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use a sales script and framework to guide conversations and enroll clients.
• Build trust and guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow a structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers for ongoing coaching and development.
