• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
• Participate in paid onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Engage in ongoing coaching and development with Team Leader.
• Maintain a full-time 40-hour weekly remote schedule.
