No cold calling or door knocking, with inbound opportunities and comprehensive coaching from leadership. Base pay starts at $32,240 annually with uncapped commissions, offering the potential for six-figure earnings through performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills.
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development.
