Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right coverage and converting leads into policyholders. You'll receive paid training and licensing, with a remote-friendly setup and a flexible schedule.

Training extends for 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires, with comprehensive benefits from Day 1 and no cold calls.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Due to state licensing restrictions, employees must remain in their resident state for at least one year before relocating.
