Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking an Inside Sales Agent in a remote role to handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, and match coverages to convert prospects into policyholders.

From day one you’ll receive paid training and licensing if needed; the schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with benefits starting Day 1 and a strong earning potential through base salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to convert sales.
• Consult customers on their insurance needs and match coverages.
• Complete licensing training if not already licensed.
• Work remotely with a weekday schedule including one weekend day.
