Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching coverages to convert leads into policyholders.

From day one you will start paid training in a remote environment; licensing is included if needed. The role requires a Property & Casualty license after hire and offers a high-visibility, commission-based pay structure with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
