Job summary

Storage Scholars is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist for a part-time internship, fully remote. You’ll field inbound leads, call existing customers, provide service estimates, guide orders in our online portal, and promote upgrades and referrals.

This seasonal role averages 15–25 hours per week, with up to 40 hours during March–May. Flexible evenings and weekend availability during peak season is required. Start 1/25/27, end 8/1/27.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
